Shim Kit CE-8120 for CE-32A Alternators on Harley-Davidsons
The Cycle Electric Ce-8120 Shim Kit will allow the CE-32A 32 amp alternator kit to fit earlier Big Twins. On 1989 and later big twins the case is machined deeper to make room for the thicker 32 amp stator. This shim kit replaces the stock rotor shims when installing a 32 amp stator on 1970 - 1988 big twins. This provides proper rotor to stator alignment while keeping the primary chain alignment the same. Made in the U.S.A. by Cycle Electric right here in Ohio!
