This tool will allow you to rotate your 1954-1999 Harley-Davidson splined shaft motor (late pan, shovel, evo) by using your standard 3/8” drive ratcheting wrench. This is helpful for setting timing or finding top dead center or adjusting your pushrods or any other task that requires precise motor rotation positioning. Now you no longer have to go through the pain to lift the rear wheel and put the transmission in gear and bump the rear wheel.
